A person's early years, as a child, as a student and as a young adult will form the solid foundation of his/her humanity. During these critical years, no one can dispute the importance of care, community, the knowledge between right and wrong and happiness. Coupled with meticulous teaching, supportive staff and excellent training, it is of paramount importance that a child can develop within an environment that provides all these factors and it is with awareness of this goal that ST ANGELA'S SCHOOL approaches its 45 anniversary.
St Angela's School has been providing students with 45 years of caring, dedicated service. Its student-centred approach and personal interest in individual learners provides students with a feeling of stability and security that has kept ex students sending their children to St Angela's.
In year
2004, the 45th anniversary celebration was not only of its founding but more importantly of its existence and influence on the lives of many young girls who have passed and will pass through its doors.
In line with the celebration of this important event, St Angela's School will hold various year-long-activities. There will be interschool basketball, volleyball and chess tournaments during the first term. A reunion is also planned for the second term - a chance for all the ex-St Angelans to gather and reminisce. On the day itself, 16th August, an open day will be held to offer parents and friends a glimpse of how things are at St Angela's. Visitors will also be given a chance to feast their senses on various presentations by the students. The whole celebration will culminate in a mass the following day.
